Old friends Nipoon Agarwal and Rajkumar Jain were appalled by the lack of importance given to the fans in Indian homes. A tropical country which can not go without a fan, never displayed any affection towards a furniture piece which had the potential to make or mar the look of their interiors.
More About Anemos
In 2005 the duo founded Animos, named after Anemoi, the Greek gods of winds. The art aficionados introduced the Indians with an ingenious idea of home decor and amazed them with the artistic evolution of the most ignored yet indispensable item of their interiors.
Their store now houses products of many reputable international fan manufacturers like Fanimation, Oliver Kessler and Karim Rashid.
They have decked the Indian ceilings with marvellous pieces like a modernized version of “Punkha”, palm fronds style, to bladeless beauty. The duo gave Indians many reasons to “hold their heads up”. For the first time Indians paid both attention and money for fans.
Apart from many stores across India, the brand has a strong online presence as well.
Fans, fans and more fans.
